Yeppie!! Ayahanda & Bonda di UK..:D

At last....my parents arrived in UK... .. happy..happy..happy..they'll be here until 12 june ...lots and lots stuff from Malaysia...mcm2 ada...McDonalds ada, my 3 in 1 Nescafe ada, Milo ada, keropok ada, fooddddsss (yummie2) and of coz bagsss of toys for Ateh and Faris (tak cukup tgn dh nk pegang all the toys)...
Mama brought 2 small cakes for Ateh and Faris since they did not celebrate their bdy wif Atuk & Neena this yr...happy bangat kekanak ni (of coz including me jugakkkk!!)..

Legoland, Windsor
|
|
Legoland...a theme park located in Windsor. . Its school holiday so, Kak Iya decided to bring her kids to Legoland..so, menumpang sekakila saya.. Best..best..best...  The kids were so excited ... pagi2 dh siap nk pg Windsor (same wif me jugak.. )
We reached there in the afternoon ...about 3 hours drive from Stoke on Trent. Ramainye kanak2 ..hehe.. we just spent few hours je on the first dy coz the theme park closed at 6pm...the next dy, smbg main mcm2 game .... sronottt !! but the waiting time for each game MMG LAMA yg amat...fiuh...letih menunggu ...
Kesimpulannye, 2 dys tak cukup!! coz we didnt finish all the games!! next time kena pergi semingguu kot...heheh

London

London again...this time wif Wawa (my lil sis). Ronda-ronda Kota London in 2 days...hehe...we went to Buckingham Palace and were on time to see the guard changing on that dy... ..not only we managed to see the guard changing but also Msian army was there as well (no wonder we know all the patriotic songs played by the army..hahha..).
Then, we went to Big Ben, London Eye, Trafalquar Square, Portobello Market and Covent Garden...Ni my first time to Covent Garden (many free shows..i.e: mime, tricks and etc)...Ada rezeki nk pergi lagi coz we just spent less than an hour there (rushing back to Cardiff that evening). ..

Trip to Scotland ..-Part IV-

Edinburgh City… went there on my fourth day. The City is about 1 hour drive from Dundee…famous for its castles. The weather was sunny! Besttnyyee… Me and Wawa never been to Edinburgh before but based on Edinburgh map, we managed to wander around the city...
There’s one famous café selling the best hot chocolate (according to my sis). ..at the city centre and near to McDonalds Restaurant. The café specialize in chocolate…choc muffin, choc cake, choc pastries and special hot choc soup...we spent there almost an hour coz we were too tired...hehe... yerlah , pusing Scotland in five dys in a row...fiuhh..

Trip to Scotland..-Part III-

Dundee dh pusing, Glasgow pun dh..now is St Andrews’s turn… the town is about 30 min drive from Dundee…this is another town that full of older people..hehe…anywhere u go, definitely u’ll see old people ! ! and this town is one of the safest city in Scotland ..probably because the town full of old people kot..heheh…but never underestimate that town because St Andrews is famous among golfers..
Places we went include St Andrews Castle, St Andrews Museum, St Andrews Harbour (sejukkk…), St Andrews Univ. and Janetta Café (award winner ice cream in Europe). ..if anyone plan to visit St Andrew, u just need half a day to wander around the town.....Enjoice the pix..

Trip to Scotland ..-Part II-

Second day in Scotland, myself and Wawa went to Glasgow..(one pound je tix from Dundee to Glasgow)…Reached the city in the morning and straight away start our ‘retail therapy’session..hahha… well, as expected, Glasgow is more ‘lively’ compared to Dundee.. city ! city! city!
We spent the whole day at Glasgow …exploring from one shop to another shop… the weather was nice ..sunny! before we went back to Dundee, we bought ‘Mixed Pakora’ (Pakistani’s version of cekodok) for our dinner …not bad…sedap jugak !!

Trip to Scotland..-Part I-

My first visit to Scotland....My lil sis Wawa a.k.a Cheeqo had her elective module in Dundee, Scotland. She was attached to Dundee Hospital and was there for 6 weeks wif her three frens from UPM (Mun, As and Imah). Since I've never been to Scotland, so, I took the opportunity to visit the other part of UK ...Scotland. I flew all the way from Cardiff to Glasgow and took a bus from Glasgow to Dundee...
Dundee is a small town compared to other cities in Scotland (i.e: Glasgow and Edinburgh). According to my sis, most of the patients at Dundee Hospital are older people and it is not surprising at all as UK's population consists of more than 30% older people age 50 and above....and the percentage is expected to increase to 45% by year 2031 ....
When I was there, I met other Msians including my ex secondary school teacher, Ustazah Ashinida...('what a small world'). She is doing her PhD and insya Allah by early next year she'll finish her research (bestnyee!!). Her research is related to Arabic language...all the best to you , Ustazah..

My colleague sent me her wedding card today...siap pakai DHL lagi though she knew i'm not be able to attend her reception...thanks a lot Nana! wishing u all the best n may happiness be wif u and Sheikh Mohd Khadri a.k.a Arab... her wedding will be held on 1 June and i've been told that her main menu will be Nasi Beriyani Gam coz she is from Muar (termiss the wedding n the food as well!!)..heheh
To Shukri Tumin (my ex schoolmate), congrats coz nk menamatkan zaman bujang...hehe.. mcm br smlm je gelak2 kat skool n soon to be someone's husband and hopefully very2 soon jadi daddy pulak!..
and not to forget ....congratulations to Kak Pah coz bertmbh koleksi anak sedara..so, soon ur turn nk tmbh ur own account pulak ye...hehehe..
p/s: mmg musim org kawinla.....here in UK is musim bunga but feels like SUMMER!! panas..panas...

Heath Park, Cardiff...

Spring!! lama tak jln2 kat my own place..... so, me, Aiza, Bee & Zuha went to Heath Park (never been to the park actually)... thought the place was near to our hostel but end up lenguh jugaklah jln kaki...hehe....we thought the Park full of flowers coz its spring now but there's only big football field & a playground..tg the nxt jln2 to other parks , okies..

Camden Town & Portobello Market, London

HELLO AGAIN!! its been a while tak update my fotopage.... sedar tak sedar, its already SPRING!! but yet it still feels like winter...sejuk still...whatever it is, i'm still enjoying myself here ...hehe..(itu sudah semestinye!)
anyway, here are some pix taken when i was away to London.... went to other side of London pulak...Camden Town and Portobello Market. Actually, Camden Town was on fire last 3 mths and if you could see, the place still under construction after the fire...a fren of mine said that place more or less like our Petaling Street ...hehe...and surprisingly many Malaysian ada kedai kat kat situ ...another place that we went was Portobello Market , a place where antique's lovers must go...located at Nottinghill and it reminds me to 'Nottinghill' movie...hehe... igt smptlah nk bjiwang2 kat Nottinghill just like in Ronan Keating video clip but it was raining in the evening n berkuyupla saya....
me and Aiza were there in London for 4 days n this time our accommodation was sponsored by Fida, Aiza's fren studying in London..thanks Fida! nk dijadikan cerita, we almost missed the bus back to Cardiff. Because of British Summer Time begins on 30 Mac, we had to minus 1 hour. Instead of doing that, we plus 1 hour and as a result we were 2 hours behind the time... apalagi, bermulalah show Amazing Race kami ke Victoria Coach Bus Station...practically we were running all the way to catch the bus. ..and since it was Sunday on that day, few Underground lines were closed for maintenance and we had to use different line to reach the bus station....lucky thing, we reached there on time ...haha....tulah, there's no such thing as + or - time in Malaysia ...so, itulah pengalaman namanye... till the next update....
